BIOFIT 3rd Project Meeting

The 3nd BIOFIT project meeting took place on the premises of project partner CERTH in Thessaloniki, Greece.
This internal meeting of the BIOFIT consortium served to discuss first results and up-coming activities as well as the project work of the upcoming 6 months.

The BIOFIT event in Greece included a visit of the CERTH research facilities, an industry workshop on the premises of project partner Hellenic Petroleum with invited speakers from Greek industries and equipment manufacturers, and study visits to a lignite mining restoration site in Kozani area and to the lignite-fired power plant Agios Dimitrios.
